This isn't the original 1611 version (which had 80 books). This is the much more common 1769 revision (there were several revisions before that), the one that you'd buy if you went to Mardel's today and paid $68.75 for the Genuine Leather Deluxe Illustrated Reference Edition with Helps (Words of Christ in Red).
The words inside brackets [ ] are the words that other editions of KJV show italicized. They are words that are "added" to make the translation clearer. In other words, they aren't directly traceable to a Hebrew or Greek word in the original Bible.
